*Due to Supplies being Pre-Purchased and your seat being held for you there are no refunds, however you are Welcome to find someone to take your place if unable to attend or
with advanced notice a paint kit may be prepared for you to pick up.

for your party on our website for all painters to register or you yourself can register all.
*If choose from Travel Art Parties LLC designs most parties are between $35-$55 per painter depending on, project and materials chosen, like canvas, or wood.
*Long travel distances are also taken into consideration.
*There is a one time $35 charge to design a painting that is not already in our gallery. Most of our designs are NOT on our website and will be sent via text later for choosing)
*Included are all Art Supplies, an Artist to Instruct the painters, The Set up, which is around a hour 1/2 before event, and Clean up after.
*Tables and chairs are not provided and we do ask that you have the tables covered before our arrival to set up.
*We design a Link on our Website just for your event to collect all payments unless other arrangements are made between us.
*Payments reserve seats and are non-refundable due to supplies and labor being pre-purchased for your party.
A "Sign-up by" date will be determined later by you and I.
*If a painter is unable to attend, although there are no refunds, they are welcome to find someone to take their place or may choose to have a kit made with some advanced notice for us to prepare.
*Bows are sold separately.
*In case of extreme and severe weather conditions or illness, all parties are subject to a reschedule. Guests will be notified by the host. If a painter is unable to attend due to a reschedule a paint kit will be given to finish at their own convenience.
